    Every package I ship is insured, however, I have no control over the package once it is in the hands of the carrier. I will ship the package on or before the date that shows on your order, but I am not responsible for delays once the carrier has taken possession of the package. I am not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. I will be happy to work with you in the event that your item is damaged, or not delivered but please know that it is a process to submit a claim and does take some time.
